THK Brands has a NO Return Policy. Due to the intimate and/or costume nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

 If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, send us an email with detailed description along with appropriate images and we will work with you to make it right. But we simply cannot accept returns.
